Red Blood Cell(RBC),which is used by ordinary people.

or Erythrocyte,for example Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate also known as ESR(血沉）.

Erythr- means red and -cyte is cell.

so we have erythrocatalysis（红细胞溶解）and blastocyte (胚细胞, 芽胞)

There are two kinds of cells in the nervous system
one kind is neuron or neurocyte, which performes the main functions of the system.
another is neuroglia, which includes oligodendroglial cell(少突胶质细胞), microglial cell(小胶质细胞), ependymal cell（室管膜细胞）, astrocyte cell(星型胶质细胞）. They can not conduct impulse but are important in supporting neuron and many other aspects
